SHIPPING TIME AND RATES

Shipping prices depend on the weight of your package and your location. We ship USPS and occasionally UPS, You will receive a tracking number to the email provided at checkout within five days of placing your order - usually pretty quickly!

We ensure orders are packaged carefully with adequate padding materials and bubble wrap. Anything damaged in shipping requires a claim be filed with USPS or UPS. If this were to happen, please reach out via Instagram DM @moonfoxcrystals or email info@moonfoxcrystals.com and we can help with this process. 

Most orders are packed and shipped within three business days of receiving payment. We ship once a week, at minimum, but often ship more frequently. Please note that sometimes we create shipping labels a couple of days before USPS/UPS will receive the packages from us - so you may not always see the initial scan immediately.

Shipping is free on orders over $100 within the U.S.!

OTHER IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We see the same tracking information that you do. We print labels directly from your order to the address you provide and are unable to change it after your order is placed, so please ensure your address is correct.

Once USPS or UPS is in possession of your order, we are no longer responsible; but as stated above, we are always willing to help out with any claims if the situation (damage/lost/stolen) arises.
