A classic, naturally-worn Michigan ‘half-breed’ nugget featuring both native silver and native copper in the same naturally intergrown mass. These pieces form when silver precipitates out of solution and grows directly on, around, or replaces copper in the basaltic host rock. Specimens like this are rare and highly collectible.
